FAQ

After you send your order you will get an automated email with teh summary of your order. We will get this too and will compile an invoice and send this to you by email.

In the invoice is included:

Discount (5% for orders over 100€ or 10% for orders over 150€)
VAT adjustments (non EU customer don`t have to pay German VAT (19%)
Shipping adjustments (smaller orders can be send by "Maxibrief", these are not insured)
PAYPAL and bank details.

No, we have a store in Berlin City and not a Industrial Storage Complex. We will notify you with the invoice if items are out of stock and how long it will take to get tese for you. If items are not available for longer time (3+ weeks) we will delete these from your order.
